Players see a box instead of the rank

They don't have the newest pack. Deploy, run the command it gives you, then /nxranks textureall or have them rejoin. See Resource pack.

Bedrock players see nothing

Put the newest output/bedrock.zip in Geyser's packs folder and restart.

Players get kicked about the pack

That's kick-on-deny or kick-on-fail. They only act while resource-pack.enabled is true. Set them to false to stop it.

The editor link stopped working

A link works for one hour. Run /nxranks editor again; your project comes back with it.

"No ranks found"

The server has no ranks yet. Deploy from the editor and run the command it gives you.

A placeholder shows as %nxranks_…%

PlaceholderAPI isn't installed, or the rank id is spelled differently. /nxranks list shows every id.

NxRanks turns itself off at startup

The license. The console says why: no key in config.yml, or a key that was refused.
