By downloading, purchasing, or using any resource from Nexo Studio (including free releases), you are legally bound to this End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. General Terms

These terms govern your use of all digital products (Plugins, Maps, Configs, Server Setups) provided by Nexo Studio, a division of INFINITEE STUDIO. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our products implies acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Closed-Source License & Restrictions

All plugins, maps, server setups, configurations, and digital goods—both free and premium—provided by Nexo Studio are strictly Closed Source and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nexo Studio. Upon downloading or purchasing, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.

You strictly MAY NOT:

Decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the source code of our plugins.
Redistribute, leak, or share the files on any third-party websites, forums, or with unauthorized users. If you wish to share a free resource, you must link directly to our official download page.
Resell our products, configs, or maps, either standalone or as part of a pre-made server setup, without explicit written permission.
Claim our work, code, or builds as your own.

3. Usage Limits

One download or purchase grants you the right to use the product on a single Minecraft Network (e.g., a BungeeCord/Velocity instance) that you legally own. You may not share the plugin file with other server owners or networks.

4. Refund & Chargeback Policy

Because our products are digital, downloadable goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the software has been downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue, you must contact our Discord support team. Opening a PayPal dispute or bank chargeback will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our services, revocation of your license, and termination of support.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Nexo Studio is not liable for any server crashes, data loss, player item loss, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our software. Server owners are responsible for taking adequate backups before installing new plugins or configurations.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license and deny support at any time if we find concrete evidence that you have violated these terms, engaged in piracy, or exhibited abusive behavior towards our staff or community members.
