Resource pack

Everything NxGui draws comes from its resource pack, so every player needs it. NxGui doesn't send the pack when players join — you serve it the way you'd serve any pack.

Get it

In Build & Deploy, build, then download Resource pack (nxgui_<pack>_pack.zip). After changes, build again and update the pack you serve.

Serve it

  • With server.properties: upload the zip where players can download it, set resource-pack to its link and resource-pack-sha1 to its SHA-1. Add require-resource-pack=true to make it required.
  • Or with the resource pack plugin you already use.

To try a build yourself first, click Apply the resource pack in chat after /nxgui applyedit (it's there for 30 seconds). That's just for you — players still need the pack served as above.

Already have a pack?

Use Merge into a pack in Build & Deploy: pick your pack's .zip and you get <name>-nxgui.zip, your pack with NxGui in it. Serve that instead of both. Your pack's own files stay as they are; where both packs change the same core shader, the two are merged and checked against every client NxGui supports (1.21.4 to 26.3). Merge again after each build.

NxGui's glyphs live in their own fonts, so they don't clash with Nexo, ItemsAdder or Oraxen packs.
