Install
Put the NxHolograms jar and PacketEvents in plugins/ and start the server once.
Paste your key into license-key in plugins/NxHolograms/config.yml and restart. Without a valid key NxHolograms turns itself off and the console says why.
Your first hologram
Run /nxh editor and click Open the editor in chat. The editor opens with your server's holograms.
Click New hologram, pick a size and design it. See Designing.
Click Build & Deploy, then Deploy to server. The editor gives you a command.
Run that command in game: /nxh applyedit <id>. Your holograms update for everyone at once.
Click Apply the resource pack in chat to see the new pictures yourself. Your players need the pack too: see Resource pack.
Place it: /nxh wand <hologram>, then right-click a block. See Placing.
